Joshâ€™s career includes engineering and management roles in manufacturing and services firms.Â In an engineering capacity, he has served as an energy efficiency and productivity consultant, the global energy leader for an international fiberglass manufacturing company, and a research engineer for energy and environmental management products and services.Â In a management capacity, he has served as a facility manager for the worldâ€™s largest commercial airport.Â Josh has project managed the design, building, and start-up of various energy efficiency solutions and manufacturing process enhancements throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.Â Josh has completed over 200 energy efficiency projects in the manufacturing sector, including food processing, soft drinks, glass, chemical, primary and fabricated metals, textile, printing, large commercial, and government facilities.

Greg has worked in the energy management field for twenty years.Â He began his engineering career with Goody Products where he served as a plant engineer and project manager.Â In this role, he managed cost reduction projects that included automation, scrap and waste reduction, and energy conservation.Â Following this position, Mr. Rupert worked as the engineering manager for Public Energy Partners.Â Through this joint venture of the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia and the Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia he assisted local governments manage their energy use and cost.
Today, Greg provides energy engineering services to industrial and commercial clients throughout North America.Â He has worked with hundreds of industrial, commercial, and governmental facilities to develop and implement energy efficiency projects.

Paolo began his engineering career with the Georgia Tech Energy and Environmental Management Center (EEMC).Â During his time with EEMC, he was involved in energy conservation and waste minimization projects at over thirty industrial and commercial facilities.Â He also developed software tools that are currently used in energy related courses taught by EEMC.
In 2005 Mr. Baldisserotto began working as an Energy Engineering Consultant.Â Since then he has performed various projects including energy conservation, waste minimization, project management, and utility rate and rebate evaluation.Â He has also performed extensive work in analyzing water pumping systems and determining optimum solutions to reduce energy consumption. In this role he has developed specifications used by water and wastewater facilities to implement the recommendations, and assisted the facilities in obtaining public funds to help offset capital costs.
In 2008, Paolo became one of 22 people in the country that was recognized by the Department of Energy (DOE) as a qualified specialist in Fan Systems.Â Â This designation allows him to evaluate fan systems at industrial facilities under the DOEâ€™s Save Energy Now Program.
Has performed energy projects at facilities including: Coca-Cola, U.S. Steel, Purdue, Mead Westvaco, National Park Services, Shaw Industries, Siemens, Georgia Pacific and many others.

Mr. McMurtry has 25 plus years of experience in the energy efficiency market.Â Mr. McMurtry joined E4E Solutions in November of 2010.Â Mr. McMurtry resides in Dallas Texas and is developing projects internationally.Â He has been involved with the marketing of utility and product incentives and providing analysis of efficiency upgrades to large commercial and industrial customers. He has also been involved with developing complex contracts between utilities and customers for these program deliveries.
Mr. McMurtry has worked with utilities to develop efficiency programs for large commercial and industrial programs that achieved and exceeded these goals.Â He has also marketed and executed very complex efficiency projects in the automotive, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, healthcare and educational markets.
